Ciro’s is heading up from Thirroul for a one-night takeover at Olympic Meats, bringing their cult-loved dough to Sydney for a collaborative menu built with the Marrickville crew’s signature ingredients. Expect a tight run of pizzas, meze-style plates and big, generous salads, all anchored by both kitchens’ styles.
