Bar SOUL is Sydney’s first Korean Tapa's bar situated in Surry Hills. Under the expert guidance of hatted husband-and-wife duo behind Soul Dining and Soul Deli, Bar SOUL proudly offers a menu that seamlessly combines traditional wine bar snacks with Korean-inspired tapas.

 

The menu showcases a delightful fusion of familiar wine bar favourites, each infused with a unique Korean twist such as kimchi rock oysters or the delicate scallop crudo with Korean ajo blanco sauce. Other standouts include the juicy slow-cooked pork jowl, spicy grilled octopus skewers with pickled perilla leaf and the creamy chestnut tiramisu. 

 

Bar SOUL is determined to showcase the incredible synergy between Korean cuisine and its unconventional pairing with wine, offering over 126 wines. Don’t worry because they have your classic Korean favourites such as Soju and Makgeolli too.

The exceptional wine list, comprising of 150 selections, pays homage to local Australian producers, with a remarkable 70 percent of the wines crafted by talented female vintners.

Longshore is an upscale sustainable seafood diner and wine bar nestled within Chippendale's esteemed Kensington Lane precinct.
